Privacy Policy
AdminModule is designed to hold as little of your data as possible. Your application stays the source of truth; we read it on demand and do not copy your database.

2. What we store
- Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Project data: project name, application URL, bridge URL, connection status and integration version.
- Project secret: stored only as a one-way hash, never in plain text.
- Semantic manifest: the description of resources, fields, views and actions your application publishes.
- Activity and product events: which screens and operations were used, for reliability and product improvement.
- Feedback you submit voluntarily.
3. What we do not store
Business records from your application — customers, orders, listings and similar — are fetched from your bridge when you view a screen and rendered in your browser. They are not persisted in our database and are not used to train models.
4. Why we process it
- To provide the service: authenticate you, connect your projects and render your backoffice.
- To secure the service: detect abuse, rate-limit bridge endpoints and investigate incidents.
- To improve the product: understand which flows work using aggregate usage events.
- To communicate: service notices and, where you agreed, product updates.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests (security and product improvement) and consent where required.
5. Processors
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to host the application, database, authentication and email delivery. They process data on our instructions under data processing agreements.

6. Retention
Account and project data are kept while your account is active. When you delete a project, its secret hash and manifest are deleted with it. Product events are retained in aggregate form for a limited period.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Write to hello@adminmodule.app and we will respond within the statutory period. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Changes
We will update this policy as the product changes and announce material updates before they take effect.
