Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of AdminModule. By creating an account or connecting an application, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Registered address: to be completed

2. The service

AdminModule is a hosted backoffice. It connects to applications you control through a server-side bridge that you install in your own application. AdminModule reads the resources your application chooses to expose and renders tables, records and actions for them.

Your application remains the source of truth. AdminModule does not replicate your database and does not execute business logic of its own — every read, write and action is performed by your application.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and connected projects.
  • You must keep project secrets server-side and never expose them to browsers or public code.
  • You must have the right to connect any application you add.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AdminModule to:

  • Access data or applications you are not authorised to operate.
  • Break, probe or overload the service or its bridge endpoints.
  • Process data in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Resell or relabel the service without written permission.

5. Plans, billing and beta status

AdminModule is currently in beta and free to use, including up to three connected projects. No payment method is required and there is no checkout. Paid plans may be introduced later for additional capacity; accounts created during beta keep their three-project allowance. Where a paid plan applies in future, fees are charged in advance for the billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee during early access. Support is provided by email at hello@adminmodule.app on a best-effort basis.

7. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the data in your applications. We process it only to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, or where required by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Actions you run through AdminModule are executed by your own application. You are responsible for the effect of those actions on your data and your users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product before they take effect.
